We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before signing any contract based on our analysis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to process
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute our analysis results

4. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may contain errors or omissions. Laws change frequently. We do not guarantee that our analysis is current, complete, or accurate for your specific situation.

5. Limitation of liability

LegalSeal shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on our analysis, including but not limited to financial loss, contractual disputes, or legal proceedings. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely. Refunds may be requested within 14 days if the analysis could not be completed due to a technical error on our part.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
