1. What we collect
When you use LegalSeal, we collect:
- Your email address (when you create an account)
- Contract text you upload for analysis — processed immediately and not permanently stored
- Analysis results (risk summary, risk level) — stored in your account history
- Basic usage data (which features you use, timestamps)
2. How we use your data
- Contract text — sent to Anthropic Claude API for analysis only. Not stored permanently, not used for AI training.
- Analysis results — stored in your account so you can review them later.
- Email — used for authentication and (optionally) deadline reminders.
3. Document security
Your contract documents are:
- Transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
- Processed by Claude AI and immediately discarded — the full text is not persisted
- Never sold or shared with third parties
- Never used to train any AI model
4. Third-party services
We use the following services:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
- Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (your text is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy)
- Polygon Network — blockchain sealing (document hashes only, no content)
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Object to processing

6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies: authentication session cookies (required) and a guest-usage cookie to track your free analysis limit. No advertising or tracking cookies.
